General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These Terms

(1) This website (the "Site") and/or the services, including all associated mobile applications (collectively: the "Services"), and all offers and sales of products ("Products") through the Site, are owned by Conquest Business Systems GmbH ("we," "us," "our"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Site/Services and the purchase of Products by visitors/users ("Users," "you").

(2) By accessing or using the Site/Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site/Services.

(3) You represent that you are of legal age and legally competent to use the Site/Services. Minors require parental consent.

Purchase of Products

(1) The current Terms and Conditions apply.

(2) Please read the item description completely before placing a binding order. Clicking "Order with payment" may – subject to these terms and conditions – create a legally binding contract.

(3) Products can be added to the shopping cart using the button. Prices are listed on the site; prices are subject to change/error correction (without affecting products already purchased). Before placing your order, you will see an overview including VAT and shipping costs and can correct any input errors. Delivery times apply from receipt of payment. By clicking "Order with payment," you place the order and accept these terms and conditions.

(4) You will receive an automatic email confirmation of receipt; this does not constitute acceptance.

(5) The contract is concluded upon our declaration of acceptance by email or dispatch of the goods. Exceptions for payment methods with immediate payment (e.g., PayPal, Giropay, Paydirekt): then by clicking "Order with payment."

(6) Contract language: German. Contract terms are stored by us; you have no access to them.

Right of Withdrawal

For products shipped in one delivery, the following applies: You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day on which you or a designated third party (not the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by means of a clear declaration (letter or email). Please state your name, address, telephone number, email address, order number, item number(s), and quantity. You may (but do not have to) use the sample form. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Refund of all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a shipping method you requested that differs from our standard delivery), without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your declaration of withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may refuse reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Returns without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of cancellation. You will bear the direct return costs. You are only liable for any loss of value if it is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.

Product Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions for quality and legal defects apply.

Storage of Online Payment Information

Saved payment methods are managed according to applicable industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS). Identification is via the last four digits.

Vouchers, Gift Cards & Offers

Offers are only valid for the specified period and may not be transferred, modified, sold, exchanged, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

Member Account

(1) A member account is required for certain features; information must be correct and complete.

(2) Protect your login information. Actions performed through your account may be attributed to you.

(3) Login via third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook) where necessary; we receive the profile data required for this.

(4) We may block/suspend access to protect ourselves, the site/services, or users; notification will be provided promptly. Termination of our account program is possible with notice. You can request deletion.

Permitted Use

Private, non-commercial use. Prohibited are, among other things: illegal/fraudulent use; circumvention of security features; disruption/damage; sending unauthorized content/spam; transmission of malicious code; scraping/monitoring without permission; any commercial use without consent. You will cooperate with investigations into infringements.

Intellectual Property Rights
