What is the Regeneration System?
The flat pad (60 × 180 cm) for your conscious daytime break: adjustable warmth in eight levels and integrated grounding. Place it, choose a level, lie down for 30 to 45 minutes; after 90 minutes it switches itself off. One system is enough for the whole household — everyone uses it in turn.

Do I need a new bed or a new mattress?
No. Your bed and mattress stay exactly as they are. The duvet replaces your current one, the topper lies on top of your mattress.
How do I order?
Answer the questions in the configurator above, choose your sizes and click “Add to cart” — the purchase is completed securely in the BETTER³ shop. If you are unsure, simply book a consultation and we will do it together.
Can I buy just the duvet or just the topper?
Yes. Duvet and topper are also available individually for €990 — in a standard size or made to measure. Choose “Duvet only” or “Topper only” in the configurator. The phone fasting pouch is part of the sets; with a single item you can add it as an extra.
Which sizes are available — and what if none fits?
Duvets in 135 × 200, 155 × 220, 200 × 200 and 240 × 220 cm; toppers from 90 to 200 cm wide. If no standard size fits, choose “Custom size”: we make it to the centimetre. The surcharge depends on the oversize — for every 10 cm (or part thereof) by which your size exceeds the next smaller standard size in width or length, 10 % of the item price (€990) is added. Example: a duvet of 150 × 210 cm is 15 cm wider and 10 cm longer than 135 × 200 — three steps, i.e. +30 % or €297. You see the surcharge immediately when you enter the measurements.
We sleep as a couple — is every combination possible?
Yes. Whether two single mattresses or one large one, separate duvets or a shared one — the configurator asks exactly that. Two different sizes for person 1 and person 2 are also possible.
How long does delivery take?
All items are handmade and produced for you after your order — in standard sizes as well as made to measure. Shipping from the factory takes around 3–4 working days.
How do I care for duvet, topper and Regeneration System?
Quite simply: duvet and topper can be washed at 60 °C. The Regeneration System has a vegan leather surface and is simply wiped with a damp cloth.
When will I notice something?
That varies. Some users report calmer nights within the first week, for others it takes longer. That is why you get 180 days and our personal follow-up. Individual perceptions and effects may vary.
How do returns and the personal follow-up work?
You have 180 days to experience your KOKON in your own bed. The personal follow-up is included: we accompany you personally through the first weeks. You can see the full terms transparently in the BETTER³ shop before you buy.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — you choose instalments directly at checkout: 3 to 72 months, the rate is flexible and applies to any amount, extras included. The KOKON for two is available from €42 per month, the complete Anti-Stress Room from €46.
